Combined Community Action offers a variety of family service programs designed to support and empower individuals and families in need. By offering a comprehensive range of services, CCA aims to promote self-sufficiency and enhance the quality of life for families within the community.
All programs are dependent upon funding being available and eligibility requirements.

LIHEAP
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) plays a crucial role in addressing energy poverty and helping struggling communities get access to the energy resources they need.
The Children and Pregnant Women Program (CPW) provided Case Management, a Medicaid service. Case managers assist children, women who are pregnant, and their families in getting help with access to needed medical services, family problems and Education/School issues.

Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program
The Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) is a utility assistance program. CEAP is designed to assist low income households in meeting energy needs, and to encourage consumers to control energy consumption through energy education.
TBRA
Tenant Based Rental Assistance
The Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) program is a rental program designed to assist households with their housing expenses, while they focus on becoming self-sufficient. The program is able to assist families by providing assistance with security deposits and rental subsidies for up to 24 months.
