Board meetings are held on the 4th Thursday in January, April, July, the 3rd Thursday in September, and the 2nd Thursday in November. Additional meetings may be called as needed.

This exciting event supports Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area and features five rounds of Mah Jongg play, with payouts for the top 5 players, plus prizes for the top 4.
