Location: Bastrop Convention & Exhibit Center
Expo Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (set-up begins at 8:30 AM)
This expo is all about connecting our senior neighbors with the tools, services, and support they need to live independently, safely, and with dignity. Join us in a friendly, welcoming environment filled with food, entertainment, and valuable community resources.
An Online Auction Supporting Local Seniors

Treat yourself while supporting a great cause! The Sweets for Seniors online auction benefits Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area, helping ensure seniors in our community receive nutritious meals, wellness checks, and meaningful human connection.

From homemade desserts and baked goods to creative treats and sweet surprises, this auction brings together generous donors and caring neighbors who believe no senior should go hungry or feel forgotten.
​
100% of all money raised goes directly to purchase meals.
BOARD MEETING DATES
Board meetings are held on the 4th Thursday in January, April, July, the 3rd Thursday in September, and the 2nd Thursday in November. Additional meetings may be called as needed.
