Full Time Weatherization Field Inspector
Do you have a construction background, a servant's heart, and a passion for helping families? Combined Community Action, Inc, a mission-driven nonprofit, is looking for a hands-on person to join our Weatherization team. Weatherization experience is a plus but not required — we will support the right candidate in earning BPI-QCI certifications. Applications accepted thru October 15, 2026
Job Tasks Include:
Perform Site Inspections for Weatherization Program
Travel to Job Sites in 9 County area with potential over night stays
Document findings and prepare work orders
Accurate recordkeeping for State and Federal Grants
Follow safety rules and use proper equipment
Attend in state and out of state trainings
Work with Agency, State Staff and Homeowners
